⦁ Billing - we offer billing services that are being accomplished on a daily basis. The billing department is responsible for monitoring and keeping track of the number od active loads that are scheduled to be delivered every day, as well as making sure to bill out the delivered loads through the McLeod software.
⦁ Collections - the Collections branch of the Accounting department is responsible for keeping weekly track of the number of unpaid invoices older than 45 days and constantly communicates with brokers, requesting payment status of the said invoices. If issues arise - the Collections department is making sure to assist in resolving the said issues.
⦁ Statements - This segment of the Accounting department involves assistance in making the weekly statements and communicating with drivers regarding issues they are experiencing with the said statements and/or participate in resolving the issues.
